Cancellation Policy
Session Box Studio Consultation Policy 1. Booking & Scheduling Consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions are available both online and in-person (based on availability). Clients can book via our website, email, or direct contact. 2. Consultation Fees & Payment Consultation fees vary based on duration and service type. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Accepted payment methods: [List your payment options, e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer]. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation once with at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their consultation fee. 4. Session Guidelines Clients should come prepared with specific questions or materials to discuss. The consultation will focus on the topics agreed upon during booking. Unauthorized recording of the session is not permitted unless pre-approved.
